Works well to help prevent accidental slips May 16, 2010

My stairs are walnut and have a very slippery polyurethane finish. One of my kids slipped by accident with socks on, so I knew I had to find a solution to prevent any future accidents. I read about 3Ms non-stip tracks in a magazine. The sticky side secures very well to wood stairs, and the width is thin enough not to stand out.
